Our September game is booked at the tricky and somewhat hilly Mosman Park 9 hole course where we will of course go round twice. Hi fellow bush bashers, It has been a very long time since any of us braved the magnificent Cut Golf Course at Dawesville and it is time for us ALL to venture there again with our packed lunches, emergency supplies, two or three dozen spare balls and a keen desire to experience links golf on the Western Australian coast.  This course HAS to be played to be believed. THE GAME WILL BE A TEAM EVENT, so you will have lots of opportunity to experience the carpet-like fairways and the huge undulating greens, with a few being 40 metres long. (Try to imagine THAT putt???!!!#$@!!!) The middle of winter and we have opted for a leisurely tee-off of 9 am. 20 places booked at $59.95 to walk (really, really), $79.95 with a cart and $89.95 with lunch thrown in (details to follow) 9am start so please come early and get a nice warm cocoa to get your muscles warmed up.

Our "Away" game for 2019 has been decided as Kalgoorlie Golf Course which is not only visually amazing but also an amazing course to play. We have now booked to play starting at 1240 on the SATURDAY afternoon with our presentation dinner to follow later in the night. Dinner is being booked at Cecilias on Hay at 181 Hay Street, Kalgoorlie at 7 for 7:30 dinner.  Accommodation is available at Cecilias or many other places within walking distance. Options are to drive, fly or catch the Prospector up on Friday or drive or fly very early Saturday morning with a leisurely return on Sunday afternoon. Please confirm whether you are playing (guests invited too) and if you will be at the dinner and whether you have family/guests eating as well. Further information to follow as it becomes available.

Sun City is the venue for our fifth game of the year and a great golf course.  Only 45 minutes from the centre of Perth, so no excuses even if you live in Mandurah! We have 20 places booked for $40 to walk, $65 with a cart.  Book carts on 9561-1352 directly. Tee-off to start at 0745, so be early.

The 16th hole at Araluen is a tough test of a golfer's skill with a length of 130 metres to 164 metres and a vertical drop of 30 metres from the back tees.  Not much friendly space anywhere around the green and once you finish this you still have to take on the last two holes up hill with water all the way down the right hand side. A challenge it may be, but a magnificent course to experience! This is the final round of the Autumn Eclectic and the trophy is still up for grabs. We have 20 places booked for an 8:20 start and the cost is $75 including a cart which is well worth it for this mountain goat course. Come along, bring a friend and enjoy a great day out.

For those of you who know this hole on the Quarry Nine at Joondalup you will understand the horror of this approach to the green high above the enormous bunker...... and yet you will probably still reach for your fairway wood to try and reach the green! Our third game for the year (our second eclectic game) and a joint venture with the Wannabes. Cost is $99 including a shared cart and our first tee-off is 8 am on the Quarry nine followed by the even harder Dunes nine. The Wannabes are fighting for the Green Jacket and Palle Maille will follow the game with our AGM.  

Our second game of the year and the first round of the Autumn Eclectic competition. 20 players booked for an 8 am tee-off - $34 for 18 holes and $30 per cart (book through the pro on 9454-5554) It might be a bit warm still in March, but there is a very friendly bar to come back to at the end.

2019 is about to get under way with our first game in our 23rd year at the Kwinana Golf Course where there are challenges on every hole and yet we have had some great results here as well. 18 holes booked for 20 players with the first tee at 8 am. $45 for the round and $35 for a shared cart between two (book with the pro on 9419-4959)

Our end of year game followed by our Christmas lunch and trophy presentations. As usual, this is a three club game (See our logo) but you can pick any three clubs as long as one is a putter - but to make it a bit easier this year we will be playing 2 ball Ambrose, so make sure you and your partner set your tactics to decide which clubs you should pick (but you can't swap on the day) We have booked places for 20 golfers and 30 for lunch, so please confirm how many for each when you book.

The final round of the Spring Eclectic so if you want bragging rights with a huge trophy on your work desk don't miss out. We are booked for 24 players and the course is magnificent.  We are also joining with the Wannabes golfers again for their Green Jacket Challenge. $40 pp plus $20 pp for a cart, but you need to book the carts yourself on 9561-1352.  

A 45 minute drive east of Perth to the challenging (but very friendly) El Caballo, once home to the Lipizzaner Stallions.  It was a very wet game last year, but hopefully October will be a wee bit drier. 20 places booked and only $35 to walk and an extra $20 to share a cart.  Another 9 am start and a sensational sausage sizzle will be there when we return and only $10 for two dogs! Some very challenging holes and a bit of water to dodge! Make sure you don't take a wrong turn and end up in one of the two prisons on the way there.
